Faulty or Damaged Goods

Change of Mind
Change-of-mind returns and exchanges will only be accepted in certain circumstances and are at the sole discretion of Party Paradise. Items must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. If you wish to request a change-of-mind return or exchange, please contact us first via email at hello@partyparadise.com.au. If approved, you will need to ship the goods back to us at your own expense.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will notify you via email regarding the approval status of your refund or exchange. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as Party Paradise cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
